The view forward is better than the one backward
A backward glance at 2015 is not a pretty view. Yet, in spite of all the wars, terrorism, fear mongering, economic decline, and political deception, we still have much for which to be thankful. Foremost on that list is the fact that we are still standing in the battle for truth and freedom and, secondly, we are gaining strength and effectiveness.
Many steps forward have been taken, but the two that make it possible to be genuinely hopeful for the future are: (1) Unfiltered News was successfully updated to Need to Know, which most readers tell us is a more appealing and accessible format, which already has resulted in an expanding readership; (2) the Second Congress of Freedom Force International, held last week in Paso Robles, was wildly successful. The significance of these achievements is that we now have the tools, the strategy, and the manpower to actually begin mobilizing the freedom movement.
There will be much to report on this in the near future (it will relate to the Red Pill) but, for now, I just want to assure you that I am greatly encouraged in spite of the dark clouds on the horizon. The view forward is a lot better than the one backward.
I also want to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for your dedication and support. We are building a great team, and your participation is appreciated more than you can ever know. Thank you.

Charlotte, North Carolina: Daquan Antonio Westbrook, 18, fired into a crowded shopping mall, injuring at least one person, and then was shot and killed by an armed off-duty police officer. An ‘unstoppable’ gas leak in Southern California is being called the worst environmental disaster since the BP oil spill. Porter Ranch, near Northridge in Los Angeles, is the site of a natural-gas storage facility that once was an oil field. It sits on top of a cracked pipe 8,000 feet underground that has been leaking for two months. Airplanes have been diverted away from the area because the gas is spewing with the force of a volcano, and there is a possibility of a massive explosion at any time. SoCalGas says there will be no long-term negative health effects, but Erin Brokovich says “no one really knows the potential long-term side effects of benzene and radon, the carcinogens that are commonly found in natural gas.” There has been a news blackout on this story since October. Minneapolis, Minnesota: Black Lives Matter protesters caused chaos at the Mall of America, the nation’s largest shopping marketplace, and then blocked roads at the airport nearby. Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurant announced in April, 2015, that it would serve only 100% GMO-free food, and its sales increased. This was not good news for the GMO food industry. Two months later, the first of several toxic-food outbreaks occurred at Chipotle restaurants across the US. Contaminants include different strains of E. coli, salmonella, and norovirus. Some observers have speculated that Chipotle could be the victim of corporate sabotage by the biotech and chemical industry. At present, however, there is no evidence that this is so. Congress has repealed a law that required meat packages to show the country of origin. This is to conform US law to international law. The World Trade Organization is allowing Canada and Mexico to impose more than $1 billion in retaliatory tariffs on companies that fail to remove country of origin labels from pork and beef packages. (Gallusses are suspenders) The following article appeared in the 1962 Mar 1 edition of The Freeman magazine, published by The Foundation for Economic Education.
I remember, as a small boy in knee britches, going with my father to hear an address given by the Honorable Stephen Pace, then congressman from the old Georgia 12th District. It was on the banks of the Ocmulgee River. There was a barbecue, and citizens, especially farmers, from all the counties gathered. This was before the first World War.
It seemed that someone in the Congress had introduced a bill that would give the farmers some money provided they did something. The congressman vigorously opposed it. I have no idea what it was, because I was watching a “dirt dobber” making a ball of mud.
The congressman snapped me back to attention, however, when he said, “I’m going to tell you a true story about the wild hogs that once lived about forty miles down the river. Years ago,” the congressman said, “in a great horseshoe bend down the river, there lived a drove of wild hogs. Where they came from no one knew, but they survived floods, fires, freezes, droughts, and hunters. The greatest compliment a man could pay to a dog was to say that he had fought the hogs in Horseshoe Bend and returned alive. Occasionally a pig was killed either by dogs or a gun—a conversation piece for years to come.
“Finally a one-gallused man came by the country store on the river road and asked the whereabouts of these wild hogs. He drove a one-horse wagon, had an ax, some quilts, a lantern, some corn, and a single barrel shotgun. He was a slender, slow-moving, patient man—he chewed his tobacco deliberately and spat very seldom.
“Several months later he came back to the same store and asked for help to bring out the wild hogs. He stated that he had them all in a pen over in the swamp. Bewildered farmers, dubious hunters, and storekeepers all gathered in the heart of Horseshoe Bend to view the captive hogs.
“‘It was all very simple,’ said the one-gallused man. ‘First I put out some corn. For three weeks they would not eat it. Then some of the young ones grabbed an ear and ran off into the thicket. Soon they were all eating it; then I commenced building a pen around the corn, a little higher each day. When I noticed that they were all waiting for me to bring the corn and had stopped grubbing for acorns and roots, I built the trap door. Naturally,’ said the patient man, ‘they raised quite a ruckus when they seen they was trapped, but I can pen any animal on the face of the earth if I can just get him to depend on me for a free handout.’
“We have had patient men in our central government in Washington for years. They are using our own dollars instead of corn.”

In 1968, at Ft. Ord, CA, our company of 200 ‘trainees’ went to the anti-tank weapon range. In that ‘block of instruction’ 200 anti-tank rockets were fired. The instructor reminded us that we would need to aim these weapons very carefully (in combat situations) as they cost the taxpayer $50 ea. So, lets see – $50 X 200 just for training purposes was $10,000 ( in 1968 dollars ).
As I recall, LBJ sent us there to fight Communist expansionism. Who has ruled Viet Nam for the last 42 years? Hmmm, let me see. Wern’t those Communists? I knew men in my combat unit who never got to see their wives again or their children grow. This was to “stop Communist expansion?”
What has ALWAYS expanded is out of control spending in the military / industrial complex. This is not to mention useless govt programs.

Dear Dear Friends, I am sorry that I have not been consistently responsive lately to your emails. I have been somewhat under the weather since my doctors informed me that I have an acute case of Post Islamic Stress Trauma with Apologetic White House Fatigue (PIST-AWF).
For those of you who do not know what that is, PIST-AWF is a newly defined disease that is found to be widespread and highly contagious. Symptoms include, but may not be limited to: Severe pain of the scalp from pulling your own hair while viewing the President pander to Muslim terrorists. Loose bowels from swallowing the fact we elected Obama twice. Extreme hunger due to vomiting from nightly seeing terrorists murdering innocent people.
