WEEK IN REVIEW

Former CIA military-intelligence expert, Phil Geraldi, says that senior US intelligence officers leaked classified information that led to the resignation of Michael Flynn, Trumps national-security advisor. Geraldi says that deeply embedded neocons in the military/intelligence community want to keep Russia in the news as America’s dangerous enemy. Therefore, any person seeking peaceful relations with Russia must be thwarted. The object is to keep Americans so saturated with news that paints Russia as an enemy that military expenditures in anticipation of war will continue as before, and Trump will have to bow to public sentiment. President Trump’s national security advisor, General Flynn, was forced to resign, and Ron Paul suggests that it was because the Democrats and the neocons want to prevent peace with Russia in order to perpetuate wars and profits. Nominees to replace Flynn include General Patraeus, who leaked top secret documents to his mistress, and Admiral Harward, the CEO of military-contractor, Lockheed Martin – so the handwriting is on the wall. If either of these is appointed by Trump, it will be proof that the deep state continues to be in control. Paul says that neocon, Vice-President Pence, has gained power from this conflict. In an ironic, yet revealing move, Trump’s new CIA director, Mike Pompeo, traveled to Saudi Arabia to give the country an anti-terrorism award. RPI 2017 Feb 14 (Story)

The resignation of General Flynn is part of an ongoing effort by the military-industrial complex to sabotage President Trump and re-assert control over foreign policy. Leaks to the weaponized media are being used to divide and weaken Trump’s team. The phone call between Flynn and the Russian ambassador was leaked to the Washington Post by deep-state operatives who were appointed by Obama. They include former Attorney General Sally Yates, James Clapper, and John Brennan. InfoWars 2017 Feb 14 (Story)

William Binney, an architect of the NSA mass-surveillance system who became a whistle-blower, says that the intelligence community is nervous about President Trump, because he may stop bulk-data collection by federal agencies, which could put thousand of technicians and bureaucrats out of work. Binney says the NSA, CIA, and FBI have been collecting every phone call and electronic communication, not only from those in political power, but also every US resident. The purpose is to gather information to silence opposition and obtain cooperation through blackmail. RT 2017 Feb 15 (Story)

Melissa Dykes analyses President Trump’s record of endorsing the globalist agenda. She explains why she thinks that wars in the Middle East will continue exactly as they have under Clinton, both Bushes, and Obama; why a war with Russia will continue to be favored, and why the US will continue to be a military proxy for the Israeli government. Melissa also shows why Trump gently criticizes globalist banks, but has no concrete proposals to rein in their power. This is a disturbing analysis but it does explain Trump’s selection of globalists for all important diplomatic and military positions in his administration. When he went to visit Henry Kissinger early in his campaign, could this have been the ‘deal’ that led to the ‘surprise’ defeat of Hillary? Very disturbing thought, indeed. Melissa Dykes is on a roll. Now she shifts her analysis to Trump’s ardent followers and to those behind the scenes who are directing what might be called chaos theater, with actors from both left and right, to divide and conquer the vast majority of Americans who are being led to accept totalitarian methods so long as they are offered in the name of putting an end to the chaos. Hundreds of cars were torched, and shops and banks were looted. The government has ordered police to stand down and allow the destruction. Express 2017 Feb 16 (Story) (Cached)

President Trump is unclear about the nature of the two-state solution to create separate states for Israel and Palestine, the details of which have been in negotiations for more than 20 years. Trump told Israeli Prime Minster Netanyahu that he needs to scale back on taking Palestinian land for Israeli settlements. The definition of ‘scale back’ was not discussed, leaving the impression that taking a ‘little bit’ of Palestinian land was OK. CBS News 2017 Feb 16 (Story)

Hassan Nasrallah, the leader of Hezbollah, a militant organization based in Lebanon, says that Trump’s confusing Middle East ‘peace policy’ effectively marked the end of peace and has caused Palestinians to lose hope of recovering their land in a two-state solution with Israel. Nasrallah is threatening to strike Israel’s Dimona nuclear-reactor weapons arsenal. Israel is estimated to have more than 100 nuclear weapons, though their existence has never been confirmed or denied by the Israeli government. EuroNews 2017 Feb 16 (Story)

A Russian comedian, posing as the Prime Minister of Ukraine, made prank phone calls to two US Congressmen, Senator John McCain and Representative Maxine Waters, who have been pressuring Trump to take a hostile stance toward Russia. Within the first minute of conversation,  McCain, who is Chairman of the Senate Arms Services Committee, spoke in favor of the immediate shipping of weapons to Ukraine to use against Russia. In the conversation with Maxine Waters, he said that Ukraine television had been hacked by Putin and viewers were exposed to an interview with Putin from RT, the Russian TV news station in the US. Waters said that a similar thing happened to the TV broadcast of her when she was addressing Congress. American Mirror 2017 Feb 16 (Story) (Cached)

Syria: In November, 2015, US forces shelled 300 ISIS oil trucks with 5,265 rounds containing depleted uranium (DU), which is used to pierce armor. The administration denied that DU was used because, upon explosion, it releases toxins into the air that have horrible effects on soldiers and civilians alike in the war zone. The US has faced international blowback for using DU in Fallujah, Iraq in 2004, which caused high cancer rates, infant deaths, birth defects, and miscarriages. Toronto, Canada: Faith Goldy of Rebel Media says that anti-free-speech activists tried to shut down a pro-free-speech rally, claiming that those in the rally were “white supremacists”. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau advocates passing a law to “force diversity of thought.” The proposed law would outlaw ‘Islamophobia’ but fails to define what that means, which would give government enforcers the freedom to define it any way they wish. California: The student at Orange Coast Community College who filmed his teacher saying that she would not tolerate any student who voted for Trump and that Trump’s election was an ‘act of terrorism,’ has been suspended. The basis for suspension is that it was against the teacher’s policy to film her classes. A political rant by a teacher unrelated to the course topic cannot be considered “her class”. Nevertheless, the school chose to pretend that it was and required the student to write an apology before he can be reinstated. The Blaze 2017 Feb 15 (Story) (Cached)

Gern thinks it is insane for America to admit migrants from Iraq and similar countries knowing that they would bring this hatred of Americans with them.
