Texas: Two Bexar County sheriff’s deputies responded to a domestic-violence call and then shot and killed 41-year-old Gilbert Flores who was suspected of assaulting a woman and infant. The police claim that Flores had a knife and was resisting arrest when they shot him. However, a neighbor’s video shows that Flores had his hands up in the air when police shot him.
