Insurance companies participating in Obamacare are set to collect $5 billion in taxpayer bailouts in spite of the fact that Congress passed a law in 2014 that expressly forbids it. Obama’s attorneys devised a scheme in which insurance companies were invited to sue the government for their losses. The next step is for the government to put up such feeble resistance that the suits undoubtedly would be decided in favor of the insurance companies. The final step is for the government to pay the settlements which, although they would be equal to the amount of a bailout, would be classified for accounting purposes as legal settlements instead.
