The UN International Criminal Court sentenced former Congolese vice-president Jean-Pierre Bemba to 18 years in prison for allowing and even encouraging rapes and murders by his soldiers in the Central African Republic over a decade ago. This case is important, not only because of the cry for justice – which is good – but because the Court is striving to gain legitimacy as the future high court of the world – which may not be so good considering the corruption found at all levels of the UN. US: Facts surrounding the Orlando shooting suggest that it might have been a false-flag event. This analysis shows that the shooter had ties with the FBI, his employer was a covert organization called G4S, and a British crisis-actor agency called Crisis Cast lists G4S as a client. Interesting, wouldn’t you say? PPJ Gazette 2016 Jun 22 (Story) (Cached)

This is a disturbing tour of a tradeshow called SOFEX (Special Operations Force Exhibition) held annually in Jordan. It allows us to see deep inside the military-industrial complex. 12,000 generals from just about every country in the world – many of them former battlefield enemies – mingle calmly and cordially, examining the latest tools of death. Even more sobering is that these generals are not buying weapons to be used against each other, but against citizens of their own countries. You have to see this to believe it. The US Supreme Court ruled that police may use evidence in court, even if it is obtained by unconstitutional means, provided the suspect has one or more outstanding arrest warrants. [We have been unable to locate the part of the Constitution that says it can be ignored if someone has an outstanding arrest warrant.] Daily Dot 2016 Jun 20 (Story) (Cached)

US: Jerry Day analyses the current drive for the government to enforce so-called gender rights. He argues that if, indeed, there are such rights, then why is government not concerned over more traditional rights, such as property rights and the right to bear arms? Jerry puts this important issue into sharp focus. Minivan Jack 2016 Jun 20 (Story)

Frank-Walter Steinmeier, the Foreign Minister of Germany, which is a member of NATO, has accused NATO of warmongering and inciting war with Russia. This seriously weakens NATO’s claim that it is merely a defensive organization. NATO now says that hacking into the computer of a government official is an act of war and could justify a full-blown military counter-attack. The US now can claim that Russia was behind hacking the emails from Hillary Clinton’s computer and, whether true or not, this would require all NATO member nations to participate in a military war with Russia if the US decides to attack. Incredible! ZeroHedge 2016 Jun 19 (Story) (Cached)
