The US Department of Defense has spent over $500
The US Department of Defense has spent over $500 million since 2006 to create fake terrorist videos to fool the public into supporting a war against terrorism.
Bell Pottinger is the British PR firm that made the videos. The DVDs were planted by the US military at various raid sites so they would be ‘discovered’ and thought to be authentic. They contained an embedded code so their locations could be tracked. RPI 2016 Oct 3 (Story)
