It appears that the Commissioners found a technical reason to avoid the smart-meter controversy. The company will gather more technical data to justify the expenditure and re-file for the increase. How SAD. I have great admiration for your path of disclosure. I have tremendous respect for your work, but: do you really believe that you should only put this video out for money at this precipitous time in our world? As an elder business woman, I understand where your thoughts on this decision are coming from, but is there time to withhold imperative information for fiat money when thousands of lives could be spared if people were prepared and could protect themselves ‒ or at the very least make personal decisions and plans for their families? Your choice for worthless money presents an interesting duality and conflict of interest when time is so precious now and when one needs to cut through the illusions to hard-core reality.

The decision for withholding the release of the documentary for a few more weeks was not made to make money. It was made to avoid going to prison for using film clips that we have not yet purchased and to prepare the film for theatrical release with higher production values and, hopefully, to be recognized in several film festivals. The reason that is important is to attract a larger audience. This film must be seen by millions of people, not hundreds or thousands, and just putting it on YouTube likely will not attract that kind of an audience. Our goal is to create a mass movement, not just to get the program on the Internet.

I am greatly saddened that you think we are motivated by money above duty. If money were the object, we would never have taken on this project in the first place. It will never be a money-maker but, if we prepare it properly, we hope it WILL be a game-changer.

Speaking only for myself, I would not respond to such a survey, just as I refuse such invasive inquiries from the Census Bureau. You've written and published extensively about the extent to which the NSA et al are monitoring our every missive. Imagine the glee of the eavesdroppers/Constitution-shredders if people such as myself were to offer up a catalog of all the personal information we have thus far withheld from Facebook, Myspace, Classmates.com and LinkedIn.

Thank you for your continuing efforts to educate your readers regarding the many high crimes and misdemeanors being committed by those in whom we have vested authority and/or power.

Hi Ed,
As I mused over your posting of Voltaire's (1694 � 1778) remark- "To learn who rules over you, simply find out who you are not allowed to criticize" - I deduced that the greatest across the board condemnation comes when one criticizes any Jew, collective Jews, or the Israeli state. Politicians can't even question aid to the Israeli state without their careers being destroyed.

And, of course, no one can deny how any criticism brings immediate labeling of racist, hater, or anti-Semitic. The programming in this regard is so effective that we level these knee-jerk responses at each other, negating the need for a top-down response. I read a blog article recently that said our biggest problem was the International Bankers. Someone responded, "You are just anti-Semitic!" Funny, no mention of any names or "Jews", just an area of their known control is enough to bring the Pavlovian reaction.

If Voltaire was correct, and it appears to be so, I think I know who is ruling over us. Money, power, and control is the game and political correctness is the whip.

SAME-SEX MARRIAGE

The bottom line is that marriage is a state-recognized institution that alters the status of an individual and brings with it certain benefits and privileges, such as reduced taxation. As long as the law differentiates between single and married people and treats them differently in any way, the state has a say in what constitutes a valid marriage. I would imagine that the same sex marriage controversy would disappear if the law would cease to differentiate between single and married persons.

We are told that Earth is threatened by human activity. The �green� response is to sacrifice freedom, living standards, and property rights to save the planet. This is not a sustainable solution because it ends in human servitude to the state. The real agenda is not conservancy of nature, but political control over people.
