This video shows persistent jet trails that appear to be chemtrails. Some clips might be explained as nothing unusual. For example, a third trail behind a 2-engine jet might be vapor from the jet auxiliary power generator in the rear of most airliners. Other phenomena, however, are more difficult to explain, such as rapidly intermittent trails. It is hard to imagine any cause for this based on the theory that these are merely water vapor turning to ice. White trails from wingtips also are hard to explain based on this theory unless we are dealing with high-performance aircraft making tight maneuvers, which these aircraft clearly are not doing. COSTELLO: The unemployment just goes down because you don't look for work?
ABBOTT: Absolutely it goes down. That's how you get to 9%. Otherwise, it would be 20%. You don't want to read about 20% unemployment do ya?
COSTELLO: That would be frightening.

COSTELLO: Wait, I got a question for you. That means they're two ways to bring down the unemployment number?
ABBOTT: Two ways is correct.
COSTELLO: Unemployment can go down if someone gets a job?

FORWARD TO THE PAST!

I saw this heading in your e-news that intrigued me:
"US: 'One Subject at a Time' bill is introduced into Congress that limitsonly one issue per bill. This would stop Congress from attaching unrelatedand unpopular items to bills that are popular and sure to pass".

Actually, I cynically laughed when I read it. Please allow me to briefly comment, thereby pointing out how IGNORANCE leads to what we have today: treasonous law-makers who do not have any concern for "Securing" the "inalienable, God-Endowed Rights" of "we the people'" (i.e., the SOLE PURPOSE for the existence of government in America).

The attached pdf consists of the title page and Contents page from Sutherland's book on "Statutory Contstruction". Please note the title of "Chapter IV". It pretty much says it all: ["Constitutional Requirement That No Act Embrace More Than One Subject And That It Be Expressed in The Title"] If you read the chapter (search for the free book on the internet), you will see that the "law-makers" have been busy violating the fundamental principles of statutory construction for nearly 200 years.

Thomas Jefferson made some angry statements against the wicked law-makers of his time. I believe he called them "men of avarice and ambition" (i.e., greedy power-mongers). George Washington warned us against putting into office any BUSINESSMEN, as well as those who were not "men of virtue".

Here's what James Madison says about law-making: "The internal effects of a mutable policy [in law-making] are still more calamitous. It poisons the blessing of liberty itself. It will be of little avail to the people, that the laws are made by men of their own choice, if the laws be so voluminous that they cannot be read, or so incoherent that they cannot be understood; if they be repealed or revised before they are promulgated, or undergo such incessant changes that no man, who knows what the law is to-day, can guess what it will be tomorrow. Law is defined to be a rule of action; but how can that be a rule, which is little known, and less fixed? - The Federalist No. 62, The Senate, Independent Journal,

THE $100 BILL, A NOT-FUNNY STORY
2012 Feb 6
The following story has been submitted several times during the past year from readers who found it humorous. We did not publish it for reasons stated at the end, but now we think it is better to publish it and our analysis together. Here it is:

It's a slow day in the small town of Pumphandle and the streets are deserted. Times are tough, everybody is in debt, and everybody is living on credit. A tourist visiting the area drives through town, stops at the motel, and lays a $100 bill on the desk saying he wants to inspect the rooms upstairs to pick one for the night.

As soon as he walks upstairs, the motel owner grabs the bill and runs next door to pay his debt to the butcher. The butcher takes the $100 and runs down the street to retire his debt to the pig farmer. The pig farmer takes the $100 and heads off to pay his bill to his supplier, the Co-op. The guy at the Co-op takes the $100 and runs to pay his debt to the local prostitute. The hooker rushes to the hotel and pays off her room bill with the hotel Owner. The hotel proprietor then places the $100 back on the counter so the traveler will not suspect anything.

Finally, the traveler comes down the stairs, states that the rooms are not satisfactory, picks up the $100 bill and leaves. No one produced anything. No one earned anything. However, the whole town now thinks they are out of debt and there is a false atmosphere of optimism and glee. And that, my friends, is how a "stimulus package" works!

EDITOR'S COMMENT:
Can you see the flaw in this story? Every townsperson that handled the money had an asset in the form of a receivable debt equal to their liability in the form of a payable debt. As far as we can tell from the story, none of them truly were in debt in terms of a balance between assets and liabilities. Their net position was zero. The only need was to clear their balance sheets by moving money from one to the other. The traveler merely provided the cash to get that process started.

However, in the case of so-called stimulus programs from the government, the money is loaned to recipients who owe much more than is owed to them, and their liabilities greatly exceed their assets. Technically, they are bankrupt, and the loan merely prolongs recognition of that fact. Because of this extreme imbalance, it is unlikely that the loans ever will be paid back to the taxpayers from which they came. They just lead to more grants and loans as time goes by.

So, unlike the story in which the whole town appears to get out of debt, in the real world, only politically favored groups get out of debt while everyone else gets further into debt through an increase in the national deficit and resulting price inflation for everything they purchase. In the story, the process seems humorous, and no one gets hurt. In real life, there is nothing funny about it because it constitutes legalized plunder.

WHEN LAWS ARE WRITTEN IN VAGUE TERMS, RULE OF LAW BECOMES RULE OF ADMINISTRATORS

Dear Ed,
Thanks for adding your 'disclaimer' to my statement about "income taxation" (re: "IS THERE AN OBLIGATION TO PAY INCOME TAX"? in your "UNFILTERED FORUM"). What you say is CRITICAL for everybody to know and UNDERSTAND.

I want to take this opportunity to explain what I believe to be the reason for this 'conflict of interests': THE RULE OF EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCIES, instead of exercise of our liberties under the Declaration of Independence. Effectively, an executive administrative agency is a KING'S RULE over us, especially when it is the FEDERAL government meddling in our private, non-federal lives.

Here's a quote from a legal authority that explains how the system works between the legislature and the executive administrative agencies (which is nowhere to be found in the CONSTITUTION): "The goal of statutory construction [i.e., interpretation] is simply stated: to determine and give effect to the intent of the enacting legislature. ... At this point, it is important to recognize that the concept of "legislative intent" is in many cases a fiction. ... The reality is that there probably is (and was) no actual "congressional intent" with respect to most specific issues that find their way to the courts, GAO, or other forums. In all likelihood, Congress did not affirmatively consider these specific issues for purposes of forming an intent about them. Necessarily, Congress writes laws in fairly general terms that convey broad concepts, principles, and policies. It leaves administering agencies and courts to fill in the gaps. Indeed, Congress sometimes deliberately leaves issues ambiguous because it lacks a sufficient consensus to resolve them in the law."

BANKS MAKE MORE MONEY IF THEY FORCLOSE YOUR HOME THAN IF YOU CONTINUE PAYMENTS. ANY WONDER THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN NEGOTIATING BETTER LOAN TERMS?

Persons buying a home have two important documents regarding the indebtedness, first is the mortgage and second is the note. Most all of the attention has been focused on the mortgage document and little on the note. The note is a legal instrument of debt and can be sold for cash in the commercial marketplace. For homes that are guaranteed by FHA, once a foreclosure occurs, the taxpayer is on the hook to make good on that note.

Can there be any doubt why so few HAMP modifications can be completed? It is far more profitable for banks to sell the notes for cash, foreclose and purchase derivatives betting against the homeowners as in the recent article you publish. Might the banks bundle these notes much like MBS (mortgage backed securities) and sell them to 'investors'? This is an ongoing crime that has been ignored and swept under the carpet.

Bottom line is that the banks make about ten times what your mortgage amount is when they take possession after foreclosure. and the law firms allegedly share in the profits. I am suing the banks for this practice under my fair housing act suit in HUD in region ten in Seattle. as discriminatory under fair housing act of 1964 u.s.c 49 c.f.r. 150-200.
They make more money on the foreclosure than to keep you in your home. This was all figured out by the banks before you even got your loan. In other words you were setup to fail allegedly. All of this is illegal but no one is complaining to their state and federal reps and senators. No one knows about this. So if your mortgage is $100,000 dollars they make $1,000,000 on foreclosing from the derivatives and synthetic derivatives and they hedge bets against you when you are foreclosed on. On top of that they probably have your mortgage payments in the past or present going into their pockets under the veil of loss mitigation and paying their attorney fees out of your mortgage payments. This ongoing crime ought to be investigated and prosecuted by the State AG's.
