US: Last week, we reported that Congressman Boswell, a Democrat from Iowa, fought off a robber in his home while his grandson retrieved a shotgun and threatened the intruder with it. I have witnessed Chemtrails over our community and also a raise in background radiation later in the same day. Could there be a connection here, or was this just coincidence?

Could you please reach out to your contacts who may have Geiger counters to monitor their localities after seeing chemtrails and ask them to verify if there is a "jump" in the background radiation levels? This may have been just a coincidence, but I would like to compare results with other folks to ascertain if there may be some connection, or not.

Could the chemicals be exposed to radiation at the higher altitudes and then, when they precipitate, bring this radiation to the ground? Is there any "radioactive" material being sprayed at very low dosages; and, if so, what would be the effect of this long term?

I realize you are a very busy person, but it will make me very happy if you could briefly comment on my email.

GEG' REPLY:
Pedro, I have not seen evidence of spraying radioactive materials but one cannot rule anything out without checking. Therefore, I am posting your comment in hopes that our readers with Geiger counters will accept the invitation and monitor the environment before, during, and after visible chemtrailing. I urge everyone who does this to keep very accurate records, including dates, times, locations, photos of trails, and meter readings. Otherwise, if radiation levels actually do increase, the naysayers will claim that everything is falsified. We will publish responses, if any, as they come in.

NOAA ADMITS PARTICLES IN THE ATMOSPHERE. CHEM-CLOUDS COMING FROM OFFSHORE

(This is in response to a report from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration saying that global warming is diminishing because of an increase of particles in the upper atmosphere.)

The denial is beyond believe. They have no idea where all these aerosols could be coming from. Right! The NOAA, a branch of the US Department of Commerce, is only one more arm of the propaganda machine. Until "SAG" is exposed, (stratospheric aerosol geoengineering), the true state of the climate will continue to be masked from view. The entire planet, all that lives, will continue to be poisoned. Every breath we take will continue to contain toxic particles that do slow and insidious damage to our ourselves and our children.

As I have said too many times already, I can imagine no greater priority than to expose, and hopefully bring to a halt, the greatest single crime in human history. The total toxification of the entire globe, and the decimation of out atmosphere. I can only continue to hope that all will help carry this torch. That all will do everything they can to increase awareness in every way they can. Sending data to groups, organizations, and individuals, that would care, if they only knew.

Though the "in you face" trails seem to have dropped off, the silvery white skies are tell-tale signs of the aerosols. The satellite images from off the west coast make all too clear the massive spraying that is covering incomprehensibly large spans of sky over the oceans. All this blows in on us. Many evenings the sky is a filthy dirty tint, and strange upper level ripples of haze can be seen by those that care to look. The air quality and clarity is often bad enough that I can barely see Mt. Shasta only 45 miles + distant. The "experiment" seems to have changed in the last month or more, and the overhead bombardment diminished. Lately, the poisons simply drift in from the west. The damage being done has not stopped.

I hope all will consider the gravity of this most dire issue, and do everything possible to bring it to light.

One that particularly interests me is Project City Hall. I am currently a City Council-member in Springfield, MO, and would certainly be glad to offer up any insight that may be helpful to others in getting elected to their own cities' governing boards. As you have identified, the governmental rubber meets the road at the municipal level, thus making Project City Hall a very important endeavor. Local nullification attempts will be more successful as more members populate these boards/councils. Candidates that have track records are more palatable to voters when looking at bigger offices, than those who have no elective experience. Also, communities can learn a lot that they did not know about liberty if someone is demonstrating what it looks like in their own local political arena, oftentimes pointing out something that traditional office-holders usually gloss over. At any rate, it is a pleasure to come into contact with your organization, and may Liberty bloom from our efforts.

PITTSBURGH HAS BEEN CLEAR OF TRAILS

The chemtrails have lessened recently in the Pittsburgh, PA area also. We were bombarded last year and beginning of this year. I tried to keep a journal in the beginning of the year, but gave up after a couple of months of checking yes to chem trails virtually every day. It was too depressing. Within the past month or so I have seen beautiful blue skies, which had become very rare. This past weekend checkerboards were all over the sky again and I am worried the frequency level will ramp back up soon.

NEW ZEALAND HAARP MAY NOT BE WHAT IT SEEMS

My educated analysis of the purported "HAARP" site in New Zealand is that, at best, it is a very low power site. Why? Wooden poles and small insulators for starters. The layout appears to limit the antenna bandwidth, dipoles on 3m spacings (about 50 Mhz). Also note that HAARP generally operates in the HF band at lower frequencies. Power amplifiers are not visible at the base of each antenna, likely a receiving antenna array.

"A single re-purposed 20 foot shipping container" is unlikely to be able to power much of a transmitter compared to the real HAARP. It is likely a receiving station, possibly configured as a phased array (for steering) or simply a high gain antenna. The way that this may play a part of the HAARP (or other similar system) is (this is my own idea, not sure if it ever has been implimented): Since radio propagation depends on various atmospheric conditions which change frequently, obtaining a feedback signal to the source of the transmission can significantly improve the steering accuracy of the transmitters phased array. In this case, the received signal can be sent back to the transmitter site via a return link.
