The panel is referring cases to the Department of Justice to look into possible criminal prosecution. [This is classic controlled opposition. First, there likely will be no prosecutions of the people who were most responsible, because they have too many friends in high positions. Second, the panel concluded that there is nothing wrong with the the financial system itself, including the power of the Federal Reserve, only with the people who run it. Mr. Griffin. In regard to the response to my piece on formaldehyde: Please convey to your respondee that I just quoted what CNN quoted and the fact we have not ratified the treaty. I am not sure myself if that is good or bad, but I think the press should provide a forum on the matter for public discussion, just like their Principles of Journalism says they are supposed to do. Food is threatened by the same thing animals are. They are not the only things being attacked by fungi; bananas wheat and other food groups are also. Therefore, is it a good thing everybody else has to share their food with everybody else but us? Are we secure in our country's food supplies? I would like to know. I would like to see the discussion on CNN.

I am not for population control. To the contrary, I note that the more people on Earth, the faster we have moved forward in technology. I think Earth has a natural plan for multiplication of everything, if it is managed correctly. [Editor's note: Earth's natural plan cannot be "managed" without making it an artificial plan. The only management should be to protect the natural plan from mad scientists and scheming politicians.] The numbers of species dying are not disputed. Scientific reports discovered formaldehyde was falling to earth. In fact there are pictures of the huge columns- taken way back in 1995, by a satellite - contained in the Harvard Smithsonian report.

The point of my piece is that the press does not report on scientific reports and the scientist do not tell the public either. I think any American that cared about their family would agree this is very worrisome.

PROBLEMS WITH ARTICLE ON ANIMAL DEATHS AND FORMALDEHYDE

I am writing about an article that you recommended in the Unfiltered Forum last week that revealed a lack of understanding of what constitutes reliable sources of information. The headline for the piece in the Forum was titled BIRD, FISH DEATHS CAUSED BY FORMALDEHYDE? I question the reliability of this article for the following reasons:

1. The author sources the IUCN (a United Nations Agency) listing of endangered species. The UN uses environmental issues to exert control over sovereign nations and skews science to fit its political agendas - "climategate" is an example. The UN recently announced that it is shifting its focus away from discredited global warming to endangered species. Like global warming, there has been plenty of fraud with endangered species as well. See:

2. The author says the US has failed to ratify the UN Convention on Biodiversity Treaty, implying that this is a shame. The UN Biodiversity Treaty advocates depopulation of 85% of humans in the name of "sustainability", in addition to reducing industrialized countries to primitive conditions. This is pure Agenda-21, the UN's overarching blueprint for total control and depopulation. A BRIEF STOP IN COMMUNIST CHINA

Hello, Dear Liberty Lovers,
I recently went to Bangkok, Thailand, for work. On my return home, I passed through the Beijing Capital Airport. There was a store selling gold bullion and coins. They had well over $10,000,000 in gold on display in the store. According to the store, Americans can legally bring back 55 ounces of gold. (Of course, any limitation is an affront to human dignity and an assault on individual freedom and the idea of a free country.)

There were also two stores that sold apricot kernels. One variety that was sold at a health-food store (that mostly sells dead caterpillars infested with cordyceps fungi) was shelled and completely stripped of their pellicle (either by blanching or "polishing"). The other variety, sold at a 7-11 type store and labeled as "Almonds", was soaked in saltwater, with the kernels cracked, like pistachios are normally sold. These, I was able to pull apart with my thumbs while I spent 24 hours in the airport. At the end of this, my thumbs were very sore, because the pits are fairly hard. The FDA prohibits bringing apricot kernels into the USSA, to the best of my knowledge. I have no idea if this is true, however, because I did not declare anything. I walked right past all the tortured souls who had, and was very glad that I did not declare anything at all. Of course, I didn't have anything to declare, since I'm a human being ...and not a serf.

The health-food store also sold "Maren Runchang Wan", which appears to be marijuana resin / hemp oil. ...They said it was good for constipation. I have no idea if this is true. I bought it for the box, because it had a picture of marijuana on it, and sold for $6. So, China now halfway tolerates a few of the things that Big Brother says are verboten, here in Oceania.

Going through the list at the Beijing Capital Airport:
1) Our government says it can limit the amount of real money you can possess or travel with. If it were a free country, that would be impossible.
2) Our government says it can limit the sale of apricot kernels if they are being sold as a preventative of cancer. (See "World Without Cancer" by G. Edward Griffin) If it were a free country, that would be impossible.
3) Our government says it can restrict the sale of marijuana, one of the most beneficial plants known to man. (See: "The Emperor Wears No Clothes" by Jack Herer, or anything written by Steve Kubby) If it were a free country, that would be impossible.

America now is approximately as free as a Communist dictatorship. Our parents and grandparents let it happen. It's time to put substance back into this feeble imitation of a free country. Not one more day of this illegitimate tyranny should be accepted by anyone. Not while we have a Constitution of Liberty as our heritage.
