HAS CONGRESS DECLARED WAR ON AMERICANS?

I live in central Maine. We have been heavily sprayed for the last 2--3 years. I work outside most of the day. I have many serious related symptoms all of which have only appeared in that time period. I thought I was having a heart attack last month which got me to the hospital and an $ 1800 bill. No apparent reason. My vitals and x-rays are better than normal. I could go on but I won't here.

Thank you for the film [about chemtrails] and your efforts. Maine has been under a chemical/biological attack by unknown aircraft and no one is doing anything about it. What do you call that. Outside of stopping the spraying, physical action must be taken to stop it and perpetrating arrest and convict those responsible for it. No one, not even Congress has a right to declare war on the citizenry of this country, in spite of all the other horrors they are perpetrating.

CHEMTRAILS HAVE RETURNED TO THE SOUTHWEST

On Thursday, October 21st, 2010, my husband and I left our home in San Diego and travelled to Tucson, Arizona to visit our families there. My brother lives in Tucson. While we were there, I mentioned to my brother (and also my mother, who lives in Rio Rico about 50 miles south of Tucson) that we have NOT seen any chemtrails mucking up our San Diego skies in many months - at least 6. I asked both of them if they had seen any chemtrails in either Tucson or Rio Rico or Nogales in recent weeks/months and the response from both of them was "no...not in many months, probably at least 6 months". Interesting.

We left Tucson and arrived back in San Diego on Tuesday, October 26th, 2010. Today is Thursday, October 28th. When we woke up this morning, we immediately noticed that the little white planes were BACK and spraying lines in the sky. There was a big fat chemtrail right over our house going from east to west with lots of clear blue sky around it and no other clouds or lines. Off in the distance, however, and in every direction, you could see faint lines and the spreading chem-clouds.

Suddenly, I had a hunch that, if I contacted my brother in Arizona to ask him if he could see any chemtrails in the sky, he would say YES. I called him. My hunch proved correct. I told him that we in San Diego were getting chem sprayed today and I wondered if they were as well. He said thAT, after 6 months without chemtrails, now the blue sky has big fat chemtrails running east to west and he knew that, in a few hours, the whole sky was going to go gray. He was very angry.

My brother was specific about the direction of the chemtrails (running East to West). The trails do run from East to West here as well most of the time. Every once in a while you will see them curve a bit off that course, but we never see them north to south. I don't know what it all means, but I have noticed the direction.

Payday is tomorrow. The FIRST thing we are going to do is purchase a copy of What In The World Are They Spraying? I plan to march ahead full force, armed with this new film, to educate as many people as I possibly can. I plan to rent the space at the Women's Club here in our neighborhood, pass out as many invitations as possible and show this film to anyone who will come. Should you decide to post this in your news letter, I would highly recommend that everyone else follow suit. Take the film to your church, have house parties, if you live in an apartment complex, rent the recreation room and have a special viewing of this film for the tenants. Whatever it takes!

THE TWO PARTY SYSTEM IS AN ILLUSION

For those of you who are still living in the dreamworld believing that electing the 'other' party (Republicans or Democrats) into office this next election will somehow solve all our existing problems, dream on. You should have realized by now that both parties are controlled by those who control all that we need to exist, money, food, shelter, oil/gas etc. There is no such thing as a two party system, that is only an illusion they want you to believe.

Unless or until we have honorable men and women representing us 'constitutionally' and we get rid of the Federal Reserve's stranglehold over our monetary system, this country will continue into the downward spiral it is in.

Now is the time to be sure the candidates are really supporters of the Constitution and freedom, and not just giving lip service to what they know we want to hear. Our very lives depend on having a Sheriff and Governor who know and believe in the principals of freedom as laid out by our Constitution. We must find out where they stand and if they don't measure up to the Constitution, we 'must' vote against them and all candidates who are not constitutionalists.

Satan did not force Eve to commit the ultimate blasphemy, she had to consent to it. If we choose to remain silent about the evil representing us, is this not consent? We must be informed and help others become informed. We can't afford more politicians, we need constitutionalists who love freedom for ALL people and will fight for 'We The People' to keep America free.

CITIZENS ARE NOT BOUND BY THE CONSTITUTION

I would be in agreement with Wave111, the U.S.A. (Corp) Constitution does not apply to natural born human beings, it only binds the fictitious legal entities (and those that run it) it creates under such authority, and it is bound internationally by its contractual agreements, treaties, etc. The Bill of Rights simply restate Common Law principles, which we call natural rights, also described by others as God given rights.

The moment we say we have a constitutional right to something in a courtroom or legal filing we immediately bound ourselves to that Court’s jurisdiction. In fact, if we use an attorney, who is an officer of the court (authorized by the Court to appear before it) in a court proceeding, we are subjecting ourselves to the Courts jurisdiction. See the definition of “in propia persona” in Black’s Law Dictionary. We are not fictitious legal entities.

Like you said in your article, it’s one of those half truths. The correct way to say it is, that the U.S. Constitution restates some of our natural rights. It’s a very different thing, as even if we did not have the Bill of Rights, we would still have our natural rights.

Also something to consider in this argument is the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Here is a video I found on the subject:

TIGER WOODS AND BARACK OBAMA

I think it is remarkable that, within a week of Tiger Woods crashing his Escalade, The press found every woman with whom he had an affair in the last few years, with photos, text messages, recorded phone calls, etc. And, they not only know the cause of the family fight, they even know it was a wedge from his golf bag that his wife used to break out the windows in the Escalade. Not only that, they know which wedge! And each and every day they give America more updates on his sex-rehab stay, his wife's plans for divorce, and the dates and tournaments he will play in.

Obama has been in office for almost two years, and this same press still cannot find any of his childhood friends or neighbors or locate any of his college papers or grades or how he paid for a Harvard education or which country issued his visa to travel to Pakistan in the 1980's or Barry Soetoro’s or Michelle Obama's Princeton thesis on racisim. They just can't seem to find them!!!

Yet the public still trusts that same press to give them the whole truth! Truly remarkable!!!

BOEING WRITER CONCERNED ABOUT CHEMTRAILS

I enjoyed (if that's the word) your interview with George Noory on Coast to Coast. I am a former Boeing writer, now living in Tucson, AZ. I have taken dozens of photos of chemtrails over the past few years for my personal archives, and I can tell you nothing gets me more upset than seeing our beautiful blue skies obliterated.

A few years ago I went through almost a year of IV chelation to remove aluminum. My memory was far worse than just forgetting where my car keys were. I had just married and thought I had Alzheimer's! My numbers went down from 19 to 6 after the treatments, which were uncomfortable and very expensive. This is just the beginning of the human mysery these chemtrails are going to cause over time.

I do have one question: We all breathe the same air, so do you suppose the perpetrators take some kind of measures to make sure they or their families do not get sick? Or do they love money so much that it doesn't matter?

You said that everything you'd learned has turned out to be a lie. I feel exactly the same way. Nosing around as a writer at Boeing was where I got the first part of that education (e.g. Flight 800 did not go down because of an explosion in the fuel tank).

We must conclude that there are a few strategists at the top who may have positioned themselves and their families in relatively safe areas, and also they can afford to take chelation therapy from time to time; but, for the rest, they are being well paid to do what they do and are addicted to money and job security.

CONTRAILS DO NOT TURN OFF AT END OF CLOUDS

I caught part of your broadcast Tuesday morning [on Coast-to-Coast] as I was going to my karate training about 4:30 am, especially when the pilot called in. {The pilot said that chemtrails were merely normal vapor trails.] In my opinion, he is delusional, totally brain-washed or just plain lying about chemtrails, contending that it depends on altitude and atmospheric conditions. I say this because of what I witnessed last month during soccer practice.

I am an assistant boys' soccer coach at a high school in the Philadelphia suburbs. It was rather sunny with a spotty covering of clouds. We were out on sports complex when I glanced up and observed a high-flying craft, approaching from the south-west, leaving a long persistent trail along a cloud patch. I have seen this before for years, even after leaving the Air Force. What was different is what occurred as I watched.

When the craft got to the end of the clouds, the trail was turned off! The plane then started to bank to the right and headed for another patch of clouds in the distance, maybe a mile or so away. When it got to the new patch of clouds, the trail started again!! I thought this to be very peculiar, that the trail would stop and start again.

About two or three minutes behind plane number one came another one and it was the same scenario. A total of five planes carried this out, all flying the same route and doing the same thing before a plane came from the other direction, trailing persistently. This was enough for me to say that this is a definitely planned undertaking and not happenstance.

DOES THE U.S. CONSTITUTION APPLY TO CITIZENS?

(In the Oct 15 edition of Unfiltered News, we published the following statement by G. Edward Griffin: "Keep your eyes open for candidates from either major party who claim to support the Constitution but who vote the opposite.") In response to this, Wave 111 wrote:

Ed, does the US Constitution apply to you? You cannot use the Constitution to defend yourself because you are not a party to it. (Padelford Fay & Co. v. The Mayor and Alderman of the City of Savannah 14 Georgia 438, 520) “The People” does not include you and me. (Barron v. Mayor & City Council of Baltimore. 32 U.S. 243)
Since no one currently living signed the Constitution - it does not apply to any living men and women. That is why GW Bush said it was an antiquated document.

GEG REPLIES:
This is one of those half truths that can get us into serious trouble. It is true that the Constitution was a contract between representatives of the colonies that created the federal union, and it is true that it is binding only on the states and the federal union itself. but it is incorrect to say that it does not apply to any living man or woman or to imply that we should have no interest in it today.

First, contracts commonly are binding upon heirs and descendants. If a man sells wooded acreage with a stipulation that his heirs for three generations shall have access to it for recreational purposes, the buyer's heirs are bound by that agreement even though the original seller and buyer may no longer be alive. Likewise, federal and state officials are obligated to uphold the terms of the contract they inherited, which is why that obligation is formalized when they take their oath of office.

Second, even though average citizens are not parties to the agreement and are not directly involved with its provisions; nevertheless, we are profoundly affected by it and have every reason to insist that our representatives keep their oaths because, without that, our personal liberties are doomed. When we ask them to uphold the Constitution, that is merely another way of asking them to protect our lives, liberty, and property against predators in government. Therefore, I repeat: Keep your eyes open for candidates from either major party who claim to support the Constitution but who vote the opposite.
