Even if Obama's health care reform bill becomes law, mandating that all Americans buy health insurance policies for a failed system of "sick care", I will refuse to comply. I've read the U.S. Constitution and its Bill of Rights, and nowhere in that document do I find that the federal government has the power to force consumers to purchase for-profit insurance products from private companies.

The very basis of the health care reform bill is, at its core, unconstitutional. If this mandate is allowed to stand, it sets a dangerous precedent for the U.S. government to require us to purchase other products and services from whatever industries it chooses to support. What's next? Will the government pass a law forcing us to buy pharmaceuticals at thousands of dollars a year? Will it force us to purchase U.S.-made automobiles in order to boost the automobile industry? Is our economic free choice now centrally planned by our own government operating like Communist China? British bus passengers could soon be forced to use electronic tags to get onto buses. This fits in with the British government's move away from paper checks and toward an electronic system to be implemented by 2018. The best part of an electronic bus pass is that it will surely help prevent bus-based terrorism.

Britain is also making sure its schools are safe. Four-year-olds are being monitored for “radicalization,” and five-year-olds are being taught sexual education. After all, there is nothing worse than a sexually naive five-year-old who is also a terrorist.

The U.S. Post Service was established in 1775. It hasd had 234 years to get it right and it is broke. Social Security was established in 1935. It has had 74 years to get it right and it is broke. Fannie Mae was established in 1938.It has had 71 years to get it right and it is broke.

The War on Poverty started in 1964. It has had 45 years to get it right; $1 trillion of our money is confiscated each year and transferred to "the poor" and they only want more. Medicare and Medicaid were established in 1965. They have had 44 years to get it right and they are broke. Freddie Mac was established in 1970. It has had 39 years to get it right and it is broke.

The Department of Energy was created in 1977 to lessen our dependence on foreign oil. It has ballooned to 16,000 employees with a budget of $24 billion a year, and we import more oil than ever before. It has had 32 years to get it right and it is an abysmal failure.

TEACHER ARRESTED IN NEW YORK

A public school teacher was arrested today at John F. Kennedy International Airport as he attempted to board a flight while in possession of a ruler, a protractor, a compass, a slide-rule and a calculator.. At a morning press conference, the Attorney General said he believes the man is a member of the notorious Al-Gebra movement. He did not identify the man, who has been charged by the FBI with carrying weapons of math instruction.

'Al-Gebra is a problem for us', the Attorney General said. 'They derive solutions by means and extremes, and sometimes go off on tangents in search of absolute values.' They use secret code names like 'X' and 'Y' and refer to themselves as 'unknowns', but we have determined that they belong to a common denominator of the axis of medieval with coordinates in every country.

As the Greek philanderer Isosceles used to say, 'There are 3 sides to every triangle'.

When asked to comment on the arrest, President Obama said, 'If God had wanted us to have better weapons of math instruction, he would have given us more fingers and toes.' WE NOW LIVE UNDER GOVERNISM

We have taken 1000 steps backward. (Years??) This trend starts in the US in these very modern times, and will spread to the rest of the world, (or even validate what a great part of the world already has been doing for quite some time now). The US is descending to the level of Stalin and other scum of the world.

Now people are still mired in the idiotic dichotomy of Capitalism/ Communism, Democruds/Republicruds, etc. Divide and conquer. What people do not realize is that we have slipped into Governism where the means has become an end in itself…. And the ultimate collusion is that Governism is being run by the mini Elite and is dominated by the “Greedy Power Seeking Bunch” (not only money in this equation).

To make it clear, Governism is the phenomenon in which what used to mean the election of a group of Public SERVANTS as a means for managing groups of humans (countries), has now become the Ruling Elite Ameba which grows and grows and is FEEDING on those it was supposed to serve. And those composing it have morphed from Public SERVANTS to DIGNITARIES and YOUR HONORS…. a super privileged class which does nothing else than grow the volume of itself and the minions it constantly acquires, in order to insure that they will not lack the power to manage the Sheep under them.

Sounds revolting? Suspend disbelief and analyze the issue without passion. We are duped in believing that we elect but we do not. The elected preserve the Agenda. This is a total prostitution of the democracy that sprung in Athens in which the elected officials did not have the immunity they have now. Themistocles was exiled for being corrupt after he defeated the Persians and saved the country . We now must BOW to our Elected and Non Elected OFFICIALS who have become Lords or Barons. Even the most idiotic person in government thinks of himself as superior to the common citizen.

WE ARE NON-PERSONS. Once people realize this fully,…. maybe, maybe then the balance will tilt in the other direction, the one it was supposed to have been all the time.

WORTHY CRITIQUE OF ARTICLE PREDICTING FOOD SHORTAGE IN 2010

Dear Mr. Griffin,
I read Unfiltered News because I think it’s a good selection of important information often not covered by MSM but without the lunatics’ articles that have no fundamental value and are a big waste of time. One article that falls into this category is the one you titled “Analyst predicts 2010 food shortage in the U.S., leading to financial disintegration.”

1. Please read the “analysis” carefully (actually don’t as you’ll waste your precious time): although a significant part of the data is objective and comes from relevant sources, the author reaches conclusions that are hard to link without “leaps of faith”;

2. In the article, the author can’t make up his mind on China, forecasting its demise at one point and praising its inevitable raise to superpower at another point;

3. Among the other scaremongering visions, he forecasts the disappearance (as in value = 0) of the US Dollar in 2010: as you and I know very well (together with anyone with some brain cells left), this can’t happen overnight. In my humble opinion, this is just a sign of an amateurish view of the world or of cheap trick to get some attention (by the wrong people anyway).

4. The author claimed pretty much the same for 2009;

5. Look at the author’s CV: this guy started “getting interested” in financial matters in 2007 and has no experience whatsoever, aside maybe from reading a few fringe bloggers (like him) that use circular reference as main support for their claims. I don’t think he deserves the analyst title. And by the way, the author can’t make up his mind also on whether he will move to Russia soon or if he’s there already;

6. If you read his readers’ comments, you can divide most of them in two categories: on one side you’ll find uninformed readers that believe just anything that sounds conspiratorial and catastrophic and praise the author for his unbelievable insight, on the other side you’ll find many smart people with a very healthy dose of scepticism that appreciate information coming from real analysts who can substantiate their claims (like you and other professionals), and destroy the article quite easily.

This long rant is just to say this: you are doing a tremendous job in spreading the precious information usually not available on MSM or elsewhere, so please keep the quality bar high because there are many people who rely on YOUR good judgment to form their opinion. In any case keep up the great job and thank you for your dedication. I read the Creature about 8 years ago, and it changed my life, and thanks to your information it has become one of my life’s objectives to one day set up a foundation to research the alternative cancer cures in the most professional and undisputable way. Happy New Year!

Germany established gun control in 1938 and from 1939 to 1945, a total of 13 million Jews and others who were unable to defend themselves were rounded up and exterminated.

China established gun control in 1935. From 1948 to 1952, 20 million political dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

Guatemala established gun control in 1964. From 1964 to 1981, 100,000 Mayan Indians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

Uganda established gun control in 1970. From 1971 to 1979, 300,000 Christians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

Cambodia established gun control in 1956. From 1975 to 1977, one million educated people, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

Defenseless people rounded up and exterminated in the 20th Century because of gun control: 56 million.

Guns in the hands of honest citizens save lives and property and, yes, gun-control laws adversely affect only law-abiding citizens. With guns, we are citizens. Without them, we are subjects.

Switzerland issues every household a gun and trains every adult to use one. Switzerland has the lowest gun-related crime rate of any civilized country in the world. It's a no-brainer!

Dear Mr. Rand,
Recently you sent us a letter encouraging us to renew our lapsed membership in AARP by the requested date. I know it is not what you were looking for, but this is the most honest response I can give you.

While we have proudly maintained our membership for several years and have long admired the AARP goals and principles, regrettably, we can no longer endorse it's abdication of our values. Your letter specifically stated that we can count on AARP to speak up for our rights, yet the voice we hear is not ours.

Once upon a time, we looked forward to being part of the senior demographic. We also looked to AARP to provide certain benefits and give our voice a power we could not possibly hope to achieve on our own. AARP gave us a sense of belonging which we no longer enjoy. The Socialist politics practiced by the Obama administration and empowered by AARP serves only to raise the blood pressure my medical insurance strives to contain. Clearly a conflict of interest there!

We do not understand the AARP posture, feel greatly betrayed by the guiding forces that we expected to map out our senior years and leave your ranks with a great sense of regret. We mitigate that disappointment with the relief of knowing that we are not contributing to the problem anymore by renewing our membership. There are numerous other organizations which offer discounts without threatening our way of life or offending our sensibilities.

Your website generously offers us the opportunity to receive all communication in Spanish. ARE YOU KIDDING??? Someone has broken into our 'house', invaded our home without our invitation or consent. The President has insisted we keep the perpetrator in comfort and learn the perp language so we can communicate our reluctant welcome to them. I DON'T choose to welcome them. I DON'T choose to support them. I DON'T choose to educate them. I DON'T choose to medicate them, pay for their food or clothing.

Please explain to me why foreign lawbreakers can enjoy privileges on American soil that Americans do not get? Why do some immigrants have to play the game to be welcomed and others only have to break & enter to be welcomed?

Just an idea to mull over:
How about if the government got coins ready for release when silver reaches $25.80 per ounce. A silver-dollar-size coin redeemable by turning in $20 to a Federal Reserve bank. Replace the paper dollar with Silver Certificates, as things used to be. Perhaps the Treasury could also issue "50-cent pieces" worth $10 and silver "quarters" worth $5.

It wouldn't be practical for people to handle truckloads of silver coins, so the larger transactions would take place using paper dollars. But the dollar would become hard money once again. I nominate Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. for the $20, Ronald Reagan for the $10 and you (Griffin) for the $5.

NEGATIVE GUT FEELING ABOUT JESSE VENTURA

Is Jesse Ventura's show conspiracy theory controlled opposition? There has been a recent awaking of the masses although many are still polarized by the false choices of the two party frauds. I notice that the show conspiracy theory has all the right players that have been talking about the main issues years before the show aired. With that said those with some knowledge of the issues cannot call him out however this info was already reaching the masses. So the show in and of itself is reaching the masses most likely on a greater scale then what was already occurring through E-mails, Blogs, CDs, DVDs, and so forth however, is the end message the same?
I feel that the show sort of discredits the movement in a sense and makes the real movement sort of like a 'Sasquatch Sighting'!

I hope I am wrong but have a negative gut feeling about this show. I am glad the right voices are being aired but I think we should be very cautious in being overly loyal to Jesse as I think he is preparing for a major run in politics and may have made a deal with the Devil, so too speak! Again, I hope I am wrong.
