WHAT'S WRONG WITH MONEY BASED ON SOCIAL CREDIT?

In one of your recent replies to a reader's comments, you mentioned ever so briefly that a social credit system in the Western World is unworkable and has some fundamental flaws. It would seem to me that this system would be a great improvement over our present debt based monetary system. What do you see as the principal drawback to this system? Wouldn't a social dividend based on increased productivity be better placed in the hands of the people as opposed to the pockets of the greedy bankers? I am all for an incentive-based economy, so don't you think that our society as a whole would respond with far greater productivity if they knew their efforts would return in the form of a stronger economic future and more leisure time?

Fiat money remains fiat money regardless of the formulas used to determine its quantity and distribution. Social credit systems are designed by men according to formulas drafted by men and enforced by men – all of which means the system is not fixed by supply and demand but by edict – and that is not fundamentally different from the present system. Eventually, if the rules for money creation CAN be changed, they WILL be changed to the advantage of those with the power to change them and to the disadvantage of everyone else.

Here are two observations about the proposed Healthcare Bill that have me greatly concerned:

1) The healthcare industry has spent more than $260 million in lobbying for the passage of this Bill. That's more than what George W. Bush and John Kerry spent COMBINED in their 2004 Presidential election campaigns.

2) The healthcare bill, if it's passed, won't even begin to take effect until 2014.

Regarding the second item, this has me very suspicious that over the next four years the healthcare industry will lobby further to fatten-up the Bill for themselves before it even takes effect and strip it of any provisions that provide any solid benefits to the taxpayers. And I suspect this will all be done without any real reporting of this by the mainstream media also.

This reminds me of what I heard you say about the passage of the original Federal Reserve Act...that the people behind it wanted it passed even though there were restrictions in it that they didn't like. But they knew that once they got the overall Act passed that they could successfully lobby from behind the scenes to get the provisions that they objected to in it removed from the Act entirely.

Do you see this as being a similar situation to what the healthcare industry now intends to do once this Bill has been passed?

standard in order for us to solve our most complex problems and though on the surface, sound money would appear to be the logical choice for solving our problems, it really isn't, and I'll tell you why.
First, the people who gave us the fiat funny money, used their funny money to legally purchase all the gold that we thought was locked away in Fort Knox, and they also used their funny money machines to buy all the mineral rights to the lands and the seas where the gold is. So the average American debt slave would have to figure out a way to purchase the Rothschilds' gold certificates with what he possesses in the form of the Rothschilds' own fiat money debt token.

This myth just refuses to die, so we will deal with it once again in this forum. There are two keys to dispelling this myth. The first is the fact that the Rotchilds and other bankers do own a large amount of gold, but it only represents a tiny fraction of what is on and in the earth. The second is that there is a big difference between owning gold (which is very smart for bankers or anyone else to do) and using it as a backing for money (which would be very stupid for bankers to do). I was getting upset with all of the talk on Facebook about needing socialism so I wrote this. I hope it gets them to think.

Socialism is not Communism-Lite. Socialism is the method to achieving Communism. Communism is the "Utopian" result of Socialism according to Karl Marx. There are no true "Communist" countries on the planet, as this "Utopia" has never been achieved, and frankly never will be. They are all socialist countries. There is always class distinction. Are the members of the Politburo on equal footing with the Proletariat? No, they are the wealthy ruling elite class.

It is interesting to note that Marx was financed by the Rothschilds to write the Communist Manifesto. Why would a rich elite family (now one of the richest families in the world) finance this? It's simple, they wanted a political system that appealed to the common man, but in reality enslaved him.

When the government has complete control over every aspect of your life, the ability to provide you with all you need, they also have the power to take it away and often do. THEY decide what YOU need, and there is NO private property, it is all owned by the State. Ask anyone from the former Soviet Union about how great Socialism is.

What follows is a very honest, insightful and terrifying message as he touches on the police perspective and the militarization of the police (which was largely excused as necessary by the War on Drugs).

"When I was a "police officer" back in the early '70s the transformation was just starting to take place from a mentality of a public servant working for the citizens to "law enforcement". The first I noticed of it was when the police departments started preferential hiring of ex-military people returning from Viet Nam. They started introducing military tactics into the department, including the first S.W.A.T. team. They quit referring to people on the street as citizens and started calling them "civilians", or more commonly "assholes".

"They looked for opportunities to use their new toys provided from "federal assistance" monies in the war on drugs. They changed the uniforms from the blue-suited cop with an 8-sided hat with a shield on front to a set of black or navy fatigues and a ball cap. They started shaving their heads and pumping iron. They gave up on the idea that they put themselves in the line of fire to protect and serve the public and took on a combat marine attitude of protect their own above all else. I've known them to murder cop-killers in the street, but have a could-care-less attitude when a civilian is killed.

"I was lied to, lied about and set up when I tried to expose some crooked cops. Things since 1975 have not gotten better. The thugs in uniform now consider themselves to be government agents of a totalitarian regime with limitless authority to enforce the will of the government on all civilian assholes. There are obviously exceptions to that rule, but those would never try to stand in the way of the thugs.

"Sorry, but talk show hosts I have heard that say we don't have to worry about tyranny in this "nation" because our troops would never turn their guns on "Americans". They are wrong. BOEING GIVEN SPECIAL TREATMENT AT EXPENSE OF ALL THE REST OF US

The 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution guarantees us equal treatment under the law. Boeing got preferential treatment that is not available to all citizens, yet the citizens at large are forced to pay the costs of this preferential treatment. These benefits should accrue to all or none.

Title 31 USC, Section 462, insofar as it attempts to make Federal Reserve Notes and circulating Notes of the Federal Reserve Banks and National Banking associations a legal tender for all debts, public and private, it is unconstitutional and void, being contrary to Article 1 Section 10, of the Constitution of the United States, which prohibits any State from making anything but gold and silver coin a tender"

In other words, by law, it was found that our entire economic value system as it relates to Federal Reserve notes, is a fraud, and criminal.

We can now deduce that what we value most in our society is organized crime.... If we're to respect and honor the Constitution and the Judge and jury's decision, we must now realize that ever since fiat money was created out of thin air, our value system and everything related to Federal Reserve Notes is fraudulent beyond belief....

We're scheduled to get snow here in Sacramento [California] tonight along with a record low of 27. I've lived here for 20 years and have only seen snow once during that time. Although I haven't heard for certain, I believe this is the earliest snow on record for this area. Houston, TX, had their earliest snow on record this past week.

We know that individual weather events aren't terribly significant in relation to global climate, but the sum of them indicates that we're in a cooler period. Personally, I liked it better when it was warmer.

HERE'S A LITTLE CHALLENGE FOR RESEARCH BUFFS

At the Seattle Crash Course on Money, Mr. Edwin Yasukawa gave me photocopies of key pages in a book entitled Interesting Events in The History of the United States. It was published in 1832, but was in amazingly good condition after 177 years. In this book, there appears the text of the United States Constitution, including Articles 8 through 15. The amazing thing about this is that these articles are not included in current printings of the Constitution or historical references, all of which stop with Article 7. Examination of the amendments to the Constitution fail to reveal any revisions that might explain this. Since I can find no mention of Articles 8 though 15 in any of the references in my library and nothing on them is found in an Internet Search, I assume they were never ratified. Can anyone shed

light on this question?

THE REAL COST OF THE CASH-FOR-CLUNKERS SCAM

If you traded in a clunker worth $3500, you got $4500 off for an apparent "savings" of $1000. However, you have to pay taxes on the $4500 come April 15th (something that no auto dealer will tell you). If you are in the 30% tax bracket, you will pay $1350 on that $4500. So, rather than save $1000, you actually pay an extra $350 to the feds. In addition, you traded in a car that was most likely paid for. Now you have 4 or 5 years of payments on a car that you did not need, that was costing you less to run than the payments that you will now be making.

But wait; it gets even better: you also got ripped off by the dealer..
For example, every dealer here in LA was selling the Ford Focus with all the goodies, including A/C, auto transmission, power windows, etc for $12,500 the month before the "cash for clunkers" program started. When "cash for clunkers" came along, they stopped discounting them and instead sold them at the list price of $15,500. So, you paid $3000 more than you would have the month before.... (Honda, Toyota , and Kia played the same list price game that Ford and Chevy did).

So let's do the final tally here:
You traded in a car worth: $3500
You got a discount of: $4500
---------
Net so far +$1000
But you have to pay $1350 in taxes on the $4500
---------
Net so far: -$350
And you paid $3000 more than the car was selling for the month before
---------
Net -$3350

We could also add in the additional taxes (sales tax, state tax, etc.) on the extra $3000 that you paid for the car, along with the 5 years of interest on the car loan, but let's just stop here.

So who actually made out on the deal? The feds collected taxes on the car along with taxes on the $4500 they "gave" you. The car dealers made an extra $3000 or more on every car they sold along with the kickbacks from the manufacturers and the loan companies. The manufacturers got to dump lots of cars they could not give away the month before. And the poor, stupid consumer got saddled with even more debt that they cannot afford. Obama and his band of merry men convinced Joe consumer that he was getting $4500 in "free" money from the "government" when in fact, Joe was giving away his $3500 car and paying an additional $3350 for the privilege.

Think this was stupid for those who were crazy enough to swallow this wonderful scheme? Just wait until we get health care with "no additional costs" over what most of us now pay for health insurance and the best medical care in the world. Think that scheme might be designed by the same people who came up with Cash for Clunkers?
